(Junior) HR Adviseur (0,6 - 1 fte)
Functieomschrijving
Als HR Adviseur kom je de HR afdeling versterken. Het is een klein team, welke zorgdraagt voor de volledige HR werkzaamheden binnen de organisatie. Je bent je de link tussen het middenmanagement en de medewerkers en geeft advies op gebied van geldende wet-en regelgeving, arbeidsvoorwaarden enz. Je geeft ondersteuning tijdens het gehele in-, door- en uitstroomproces binnen de ADJ Group Europe.
Je wordt in je werkzaamheden ondersteund door een HR assistent.
Werkzaamheden
· Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze medewerkers omtrent HR vraagstukken
· Uitvoering van de processen rondom verzuim en re-integratie
· Onderhouden, verbeteren en uitdragen van het HR beleid binnen de ADJ Group Europe
· Werving en selectie van personeel via diverse kanalen
· Het uitvoeren van alle administratieve zaken rondom in-, door- en uitstroom en functioneren van medewerkers
· Ondersteuning en back-up zijn bij het aanleveren van mutaties aan de salarisadministratie
Functievereisten
· HBO werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde opleiding op gebied van HRM of vergelijkbaar
· Enige relevante werkervaring is een pré maar zeker geen vereiste
· In staat om verbinding te maken met zowel mensen op de werkvloer alsmede het middenmanagement
· Gedreven, enthousiast en organisatiesensitief
· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, beheersing van de Duitse taal is een pre.
· Kennis van Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving of HRM-gebied

Sales Support Employee (full-time)
Job description
As a Sales Support Employee you will work in an international team within the Sales department and support the entire sales process, from the first contact with the customer to the final invoicing and settlement of the sales. You will assist the sales colleagues in their daily tasks and responsibilities by providing them with accurate and timely information. You will pro-actively follow up with the logistic department to ensure optimized timely deliveries. Order processing is one of the biggest parts in this job. You must be sensitive for the needs of the customer and offer out of the box solutions for problems.
Requirements
• MBO (+) / HBO Bachelor or similar educational level
• Education in the field of Commerce, Business Administration or Economics
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Good command of the French and German or any other language is a plus
• You are a commercial thinker who likes to take initiative and is eager to learn
• You are a team player, also able to work independently and set clear priorities
• You are able to build relationships with people with different cultural backgrounds and at all levels of an organization

Spare Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator/Planner
Job description
As a Spare Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator/Planner you will be responsible for the planning and procurement of spare parts across the ADJ Group of companies. Your main responsibilities will be to monitor the spare parts inventory, forecast spare parts needs, and source spare parts to maintain optimal inventory levels. We are looking for a buyer with a technical background or a technical person to whom we can teach the purchasing process.
An important part of your work will be to work with exploded view diagrams and create spare parts logs in our system. You will plan the quantity of spare parts to be ordered based on the sales volume and your own technical experience. You will monitor inventories and create sales and inventory aging reports that provide key metrics about the status of spare parts inventory. You will also need to communicate effectively with spare parts suppliers.
We’re looking for a motivated team player who possesses solid organizational and communication skills but who can also work independently.
Job Responsibility
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must (VBA, Macro)
• SAP ByDesign experience is desirable
• You are proficient at reading and understanding exploded drawings
• You can plan air/sea transport for spare parts and calculate costs effectively
• Your English speaking and reading skills are at a high level
• You have the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• You are motivated and are a good communicator
• You are based near the ADJ Group European Headquarters in Kerkrade, The Netherlands
